Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales management, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of team members in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead recruitment efforts for new sales staff, ensuring the right talent is brought on board.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales management or retail management is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment is crucial.
