NOC Support Analyst
Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home, and hybrid working.
Base location: Havant
Salary: up to 30k dependent on experience + performance-related bonus + a comprehensive benefits package supporting your family, finances, and wellbeing
Working Pattern: Fixed Term Contract 1 year
What is the role?
The NOC Tier 1 Analyst ensures all faults are managed within SLA’s. Customer expectations need to be managed through regular updates so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks are essential for this role.

Key Accountabilities
- Fault logging and ticket management, ensuring customers are receiving regular, timebound updates.
- Answering phone calls from customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Processing access requests for Neos Networks PoP sites and third-party datacentres.
- Logging engineers on and off site to ensure their safety and site security.
- Alarm management for our sites (Access, Mains Power, UPS, Generator, Air Con, Security).
- Deliver first-class support in an often high-pressure environment to all areas of Neos Networks.
- Strive to constantly develop appropriate technical skills and competencies required to deliver a high-class service across the whole of Neos Networks.
- Adhere to Neos Networks Security policies.
- Ensure professional relationships with third parties and the rest of the business are maintained to a high standard.
- Adhere to company safety guidelines and have an active involvement in ensuring colleagues are maintaining the safety culture.
