Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Nominated Individual, based in Coventry.
The Nominated Individual will be responsible for:
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with CQC standards
- Maintaining high standards of care delivery
- Leading the development of person-centered approaches in care
- Liaising with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies
- Managing operational processes
- Supporting the care team
- Fostering a culture of improvement and excellence in care services
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing and leading care teams, and implementing person-centered care strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and overseeing care services to ensure operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to uphold company values and ethical caregiving practices
- A relevant professional qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a care setting
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
