Home visit veterinary service in England and Wales providing personal, on-home care for cats, dogs, and rabbits.
About the Role
We offer a non-clinical, remote home working RVN position, where your expertise and knowledge will be utilised daily. We are looking for a client care coordinator to join our growing team.
Core Responsibilities
- Work pattern: Tuesday and Thursday (11:00 AM–7:00 PM), plus one Saturday morning per month (8:00 AM–1:00 PM).
- Scalability: Option to increase hours for the right candidate.
- Remote working is the primary expectation, but travel may be required for:
- Initial training.
- Industry events.
- Team meetings across UK locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment bookings
- Communication with clients and vets
- Managing medication orders and complying with VMR regulations
- Professional telephone and email correspondence
- Use of database software
- Updating clinical records
- Processing or referring enquiries
- Invoice management and payments
- Regular reporting of company analytical data
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Attending team meetings
- Social media management

Key Skills Needed
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload during multiple appointment bookings
- Confident use of IT software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Pro-active, with planning capabilities
- Understanding of limits and acknowledgement when support/training is needed
- Problem-solving and creative content for social media engagement
- Proficiency in professional communication (spelling, grammar, tone)
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with at least 2 years’ clinical nursing experience
- Previous reception experience
- Customer service experience is advantageous.

| Base salary: | £14.65/hour |
| Working hours: | Tuesdays & Thursdays (12 hrs): 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; 1x Saturday/4 wks: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM |
| Holiday entitlement: | 20 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata (FTE) plus bank holiday entitlement |
