The Role This opportunity sits within the firm’s growing non-contentious construction advisory team. You will advise on a wide range of major construction and engineering projects, both domestic and international, involving high-value commercial developments, regeneration schemes, and infrastructure projects. Your work will include: Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and security documentation Advising on procurement strategies, risk allocation, and project structuring Acting for developers, contractors, consultants, funders, and public sector bodies on complex and high-profile projects Providing strategic support throughout the lifecycle of a project, from inception to completion Collaborating with planning, real estate, and finance teams to deliver integrated advice to clients This role offers genuine client contact, high responsibility, and the chance to work alongside market-leading individuals on marquee projects that shape the built environment.
