A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London construction practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects for a broad client base including developers, investors, contractors, occupiers, and public sector bodies. The team is consistently instructed on significant built environment projects and offers genuine exposure to market-leading work from day one.

The Role

You will advise on a wide range of front-end construction matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating JCT contracts and associated construction documentation.
  • Advising on development agreements and development frameworks.
  • Preparing consultant appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements, guarantees, and bonds.
  • Supporting major commercial, residential, mixed-use, and regeneration developments.
  • Working closely with real estate, planning, projects, and banking teams on large transactions.
  • Providing commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
