A highly regarded London firm with a leading reputation in real estate seeks an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Associate. The firm has an outstanding track record across diverse sectors, including logistics, hospitality, sports, film studios, and high-end residential projects. The Role

You will join a market-leading non-contentious construction team advising developers, funders, and institutional investors on major UK development schemes. The role involves drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising on procurement strategies, and supporting wider real estate transactions. Exposure will span high-profile projects, including regeneration developments, mixed-use schemes, and complex infrastructure works.

What They’re Looking For

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
  • Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters and UK real estate development projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, including JCT, FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke forms
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating appointments, warranties, and guarantees
  • Commercial approach with excellent communication skills
