Non Contentious Construction Associate
Non-Contentious Construction Associate (2-5 PQE) Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Firm: L500 Ranked Construction Team | Two Leading Partners | Global Platform Salary: Generous Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
The Role & The Work Join an L500 ranked Construction team led by two highly regarded Partners, working on some of the most complex and high-value projects across the UK and internationally.
The work is high-quality, varied and genuinely career-defining for you in the Construction space. You will be part of a truly integrated, UK-wide team, working across real estate development, energy, transport and infrastructure, advising a broad client base including developers, funders, contractors and global investors.
From large-scale development projects to major energy and infrastructure transactions, you will advise on non-contentious construction matters at the forefront of the market, gaining exposure to both domestic and international work. You’ll be involved in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments and project documentation, while developing a strong commercial understanding of how major projects are structured and delivered.

Your Experience Scottish Qualified Solicitor (2-5 PQE) Experience in non-contentious construction Familiarity with construction contracts, consultant appointments and warranties Interest in real estate, energy or infrastructure sectors Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
