A highly regarded independent UK law firm, recognised for its premium real estate and construction offering, is looking to add a talented Non-Contentious Construction Associate to its growing team. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising on the full spectrum of non-contentious construction matters. You will work closely with partners and clients on high-profile projects across the real estate, development, and infrastructure sectors.

Your work will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and guarantees.
- Advising on construction elements of major development and real estate transactions.
- Supporting clients across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use development sectors.
- Working alongside a highly experienced real estate team on integrated, cross-practice mandates.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with strong non-contentious construction experience
- Solid grounding in drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
- Commercially minded, with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, people-first environment.
