Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor | City of London | Legal 100 & Tiered Legal 500 firm | £90,000 - £115,000
A boutique Legal 100 and a Top Tier Legal 500 firm with an excellent office near the City of London is looking for a solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join their fantastic construction team to work primarily on non-contentious matters. The firm is over 250 years old and, with over 200 lawyers on staff, they are a well known name in the London legal sector, and work with exceptional clients, including high value and cross-jurisdictional matters.
Responsibilities:
Conducting a varied caseload of primarily non-contentious construction matters from initiation to conclusion. Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of complex matters. Input and assist with the development of the department. Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.

Skills and Experience:
UK qualified Solicitor 1- 5 PQE years post qualification experience (other levels will be considered) from a reputable London firm. Strong experience with non-contentious construction law matters Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting senior solicitors with complex matters. Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues. A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for self development.
