Opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading London law firm with a highly regarded construction practice.
The firm
My client is a leading law firm with an outstanding reputation in the real estate sector. Their client base includes real estate funds, property companies, developers, investors, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals.

The team specialises exclusively in non-contentious construction work and advise on a broad range of complex and high-value development schemes including:

The role will involve:
- Assisting on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
- Advising on complex development projects across a variety of sectors
- Drafting and negotiating construction documentation
- Working closely with the wider real estate team on high-value transactions

Required
- UK qualified Solicitor with between NQ - 4 PQE
- Will accept applications from August/September 2026 qualifiers
- Must have completed a seat in non-contentious construction
- Experience gained at a city firm or top tier construction practice
- Strong academic background
