Job Description

As the company's first Non-Executive Chair, you will provide strategic governance and mentorship to a mission-driven founder-CEO during a pivotal growth phase. Leveraging your deep operator experience, you will help shape the fundraising narrative for an imminent Series A+, oversee international expansion, and refine board dynamics as the business scales across the UK and North America.

What You Will Do

  • Chair monthly board meetings, structuring productive sessions that manage investor dynamics and ensure executive accountability.
  • Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO on key hires, international expansion, and critical inflection-point decisions.
  • Refine the company's fundraising narrative and governance maturity ahead of an imminent and significant capital raise.
