We’re looking for new Board Members to help shape the future of Livv Housing Group as we continue to build a better future for our customers, communities, and colleagues.
We own and manage around 13,000 homes across Liverpool City Region and the North West, providing safe, warm homes for 28,000 customers. But we are much more than a landlord. We work alongside customers, local communities, and partners to create places where people can flourish, access support, and build better opportunities for themselves and their families.
This is an important time to join us. We have launched our new Corporate Plan, Building a better future, which focuses on customers, homes, and communities, supported by strong foundations in data and digital, people and culture, and finance and governance. Our purpose is clear: to unlock potential and give people and communities opportunities to flourish.
We have recently received our latest regulatory judgement from the Regulator of Social Housing, confirming a C1 consumer grading, G2 governance grading, and V2 financial viability grading. We are proud of our C1 consumer grading, which recognises the strength of our customer focus, our approach to health and safety, our improving repairs service, and the meaningful way we use customer insight to shape services and strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
