We’re seeking a voluntary NED/Trustee with fundraising, business development or marketing experience to help grow our visibility, partnerships and income so we can expand our impact.

What difference will you make?

This role will help us become more financially resilient, more visible, and better connected to the communities and partners we want to serve. Having a trustee with experience in fundraising, business development, or marketing will strengthen our ability to attract support, develop sustainable income streams, and communicate our work more effectively.

In practical terms, this will help us reach more people, create more opportunities for engagement, and grow our impact in a measured and sustainable way. It will also support our long-term goal of building a strong, values-led organisation that can continue delivering meaningful services to the communities who need them most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
