About Eden
Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones - yet conveyancing can still feel complicated, slow and unclear.
Eden is changing that.
We're building a digital-first conveyancing experience powered by exceptional people and smart technology, designed to make the home-moving journey simple, clear and fast. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced conveyancers and property lawyers who want to be part of a business that's doing things differently.
We're a collaborative, people-centred firm where teamwork matters. We recognise that great customer outcomes are only possible when our people feel supported and empowered to do their best work. That's why we've created a specialist Case Cover team that plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery while supporting colleague wellbeing across the business.
We're now looking for a Case Cover Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to join that team.
The Opportunity
This is a unique conveyancing role that offers far more variety than a traditional caseload position.
As part of Eden's specialist Case Cover team, you'll step in to support residential conveyancing files when colleagues are on annual leave or otherwise unavailable. Your role is to ensure transactions continue progressing smoothly, providing continuity for clients while enabling colleagues to take time away from work with confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability and problem-solving. Rather than managing the same portfolio of files day after day, you'll work across a broad range of residential transactions, supporting different teams and gaining exposure to a wide variety of matters.
When active cover is not required, you'll provide additional support across the business, helping teams manage workload peaks, progress ageing matters, support critical deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
