Non-Functional Test (NFT) Consultant / Lead (Performance Test - Banking and Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid (2 days in Manchester Office per week)

  • Hands-on experience in Performance Testing for complex, large-scale enterprise applications and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) within the Banking and Financial Services domain
  • Planning, designing, and executing Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance, and Scalability tests, including bottleneck analysis across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Strong proficiency with the Micro Focus LoadRunner tool suite, including VuGen (scripting), Controller (execution), and Analysis (reporting).
  • Familiarity with alternative testing tools (JMeter) and performance monitoring/log aggregation platforms (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or Grafana).
  • Jointly working with DevOps, architecture, and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams to diagnose performance risks, provide optimization recommendations, and deliver clear stakeholder test reports.
