Non-Medical Prescriber Opportunity – GYAS CRHT
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician with crisis team expertise and a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT).
Only applicants who are already qualified Non-Medical Prescribers will be considered. We are not evaluating applications from those seeking to commence training.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate treatment plans to provide a holistic service, addressing both mental and physical health needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk assessment and management
- Carry out urgent medication reviews
- Advocate for intensive community-based or home treatment to prevent unwanted admissions
- Offer advice, guidance, and support to the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Serve as a role model and mentor in line with Trust values
- Participate in Quality & Safety Reviews across the organisation
- Provide Line Management Supervision for an agreed number of staff members
