Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to build effective, appropriate and supportive partnerships with prisoners and stakeholders, promoting employment on release. The post requires a proactive approach to building and creating opportunities for prisoners to gain employment on release, which is proven to be a significant factor in reducing reoffending.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Work with pre-release co-horts of prisoners, promoting employment on release.
  • Continue to nurture partnerships with existing employers linked with HMP Deerbolt.
  • Expand opportunities for prisoners to engage with employers.
  • Build new partnerships with employers who can support prisoners on release.
