Position: Chopstix Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age
Who can resist tasty noodles and mouth-watering pan-Asian dishes at the seaside? At Haven, we serve up high street favourites for our guests and owners.
We're looking for motivated and friendly Team Members to join our on-site Chopstix team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, exciting environment, serving up freshly made noodles and delivering great service with every bowl.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and assist with menu queries.
- Prepare and serve noodle and rice-based dishes following Chopstix standards.
- Cook, portion, and present food quickly and accurately.
- Handle orders and payments with efficiency and care.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety in all areas of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain fast service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Applicants must be 18+ due to health and safety regulations for operating hot kitchen equipment.
- Experience in hospitality, takeaway, or customer service settings is great—but not essential as training is given.
- Friendly, positive and focused on providing an excellent guest and owner experience.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a kitchen environment and manage peak times calmly.
- Attention to detail, especially with food hygiene and customer service.
- Flexibility to cover varied shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
