The Role
As Nordics Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our presence across the defence sector in the Nordic region. Focused on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities, you will build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, strengthen market presence and deliver ambitious sales targets.
This is a strategically important role suited to a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing multiple priorities and delivering results through strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
The role requires fluency in English and offers the opportunity to work closely with customers across the Nordic region. Regular travel within the Nordic countries, together with occasional international travel, will be required to support business development, customer engagement and industry events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the Nordic defence market, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major European defence primes, Ministries of Defence (MoDs), NATO organisations and strategic partners.
- Develop and deliver effective sales and business development strategies to achieve commercial objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential risks within the region.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals, presentations and commercial agreements to support successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Monitor sales pipeline and performance, providing accurate forecasting and regular updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to promote capabilities, strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Nordics defence sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
