Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and update training modules focusing on advanced vehicle electronics, oscilloscope diagnostics and complex engine management strategies. 

Lead both theory based and practical sessions enthusiastically to the highest standard to explain complex technical issues and/or repairs in a manner accessible to delegates ranging from apprentices to experienced technicians and mechanics. 

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for engine management, transmission systems and electronics, ensuring our training remains at the forefront. This includes representation for Schaeffler REPXPERT at various shows and events in the UK and Republic of Ireland .

Working closely with the Warranty Department including: understanding and completing technical evaluations of warranty claims, feeding back effectively to warranty claimants on high importance claims and maintaining a confident and professional manner throughout. 

Be prepared to travel around the North of England, Scotland and Ireland with our high-tech training setups, delivering face to face in-person trainings (a company REPXPERT van will be provided). 

Occasional European travel required to collaborate with other technical colleagues such as train the trainer sessions etc.  

Maintain the highest level of professional communication with all internal and external colleagues, customers and service providers.

Your Qualifications

Master Technician “MasterTech” or equivalent manufacturer experience  

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 

Fluent English for daily work in an international environment 

Strong communication skills at both group presenting and on an individual level 

Independent and self-reliant way of working 

Ability to manage a diverse and varied workload 

Knowledge of EV/Hybrid systems with Level 3 or 4 qualification in high-voltage systems (desired) 

Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring or technical writing is preferred.
