Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Norwegian Speaking Customer Support job opportunities with paid relocation to Sofia. This position is perfect for individuals fluent in Norwegian who are eager to provide exceptional customer service while embracing a new cultural experience. You will serve as a vital link between the company and Norwegian-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve concerns and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery. Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively. Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support software and tools is beneficial. Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to relocate to Sofia. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
