Job Title: Experienced Grower / Farm Manager
Location: West Midlands
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About Us
We are a family-run farm in the West Midlands with a long history of growing fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables. Our work is rooted in care for the land, producing quality food, and continuing a tradition that has been built over many years.
The Role
We are looking for someone with experience in growing to take on the responsibility of running the farm day to day, season to season. From planting right through to harvest, you will be hands-on and at the heart of everything we do. This is not just a job but an opportunity for someone who shares our values, respects the environment, and wants to make a long-term commitment to the future of the farm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
