Job Description
- Ensure full health and safety compliance, including daily, weekly monthly testing for fire, water safety.
- Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas, kitchen and the Hotel exterior.
- Preventive maintenance programme to ensure product is maintained to high standard.
- Dealing with contractors and ensure all servicing as per schedules.
- Strong working relationship with HODs, and mainly Head Housekeeper.
- Able to produce reports, strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Ideally Level 3 Health and Safety and/or IOSH qualifications.
- Ideally a tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc.
- Excellent DIY skills.
