Who we are
ENFIITY is a new kind of platform for physical and mental recalibration, one grounded in real practitioners and measurable results. Already live on the App Store and Google Play, we connect a curated network of verified professionals with an AI layer that structures, personalises, and extends their work rather than substituting for it. Our community spans psychologists, personal trainers, and nutritionists, all delivering structured, evidence-led change. If you value quality, independence, and lasting impact, you'll feel at home here.
What the role involves
- Run one-to-one or group sessions — video, chat, or a mix — using the methods you already trust
- Build your own expert material (programmes, guidance, prompts) that plugs straight into ENFIITY's tools for nutrition tracking, training plans, and habit formation
- Help shape the tools, logic, and user journeys tied to your specialism
- Share insights that keep improving results across the whole platform

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
How compensation works
Please read this carefully: this is not a salaried or fixed monthly role. ENFIITY is a platform, and your earnings are performance-based — tied directly to your visibility, your effort, and the quality and consistency of what you contribute. The more you put in and the stronger your results, the more your reach, reputation, and income grow. This model rewards experts who are genuinely invested in building something long-term, not those looking for a guaranteed monthly cheque.
