What You'll Do:
Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop exciting new potato products from concept to shelf Get hands-on with product trials, sensory testing, and quality checks that ensure every product meets our high standards Help capture and share insights through detailed documentation and progress reports Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Technical teams to bring innovations to life Spot trends and contribute fresh ideas that keep Albert Bartlett at the forefront of the market

Requirements
Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field A genuine passion for food innovation and new product development Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
