In alliance with Revolution, Rebel Rebel is expanding our Product Development Team working across brands including Trouble Maker, and we’re looking for passionate product developers at different stages of their careers to join us.

We’re expanding the NPD team with a few roles from NPD Assistant to Junior NPD Manager, and NPD Managers, so we’re open to various experience levels.

Rebels ALWAYS welcome.

What matters most to us is finding the right people for Team Trouble. Trouble Maker products are made with attitude: fast-moving, trend-aware, social-first beauty. We need Product Developers who are diligent, organised, passionate, and creative. If you love the process behind bringing beauty products to life, you could be a Rebel.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact in the beauty and skincare space while enjoying a supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation. What you'll do (Depending on your role in the team):

Product Innovation: Working with the Creative Director in creative brainstorming and supporting the development of new beauty products. You'll help bring exciting ideas to life that align with the Trouble Maker brand vision and community wants. Product Development Support: Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to progress products through development stages, including briefing, sampling, testing, artwork approvals, and CPA management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Creative, Marketing, Social and Digital teams to ensure products are developed with according to business needs, and retailer required deadlines. Ensuring wider teams have all information for POs and launch planning. Project Management: Keeping development timelines on track, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring key milestones, approvals and launch deadlines are met. Market Awareness: Monitoring competitor activity, industry innovation and consumer conversations to help identify gaps, opportunities and future product directions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
