Alexander Steele Recruitment have partnered with a leading food manufacturing business to find a Co-Manufacturing Project Manager to join their growing operations team in the UK.
This is a high-visibility, business-building role where you will own co-manufacturing projects end to end from business case development, through contract negotiation, delivery and ongoing account management.
Responsibilities
- Build and present business cases to internal stakeholders and customers outlining timelines, CAPEX, financials and commercial terms
- Negotiate contract terms with major brand partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against agreed baselines
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, quality, finance and legal
- Manage relationships with co-manufacturing partners and brand customers at a senior level
- Monitor KPIs, identify risks early and drive resolution

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of project management experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
- Proven background in co-manufacturing, co-packing or contract manufacturing
- Strong commercial and financial acumen — experience building business cases and negotiating contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior level
- Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or related discipline preferred
