NEW JOB VACANCY: NPI ENGINEER

Are you an experienced NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction) Engineer seeking a new job within the West Midlands?

This is working a day shift pattern Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and the role comes with an annual salary up to £45,000 per annum (DOE).

The hiring manager would prefer someone who has come from a foundry / castings / ductile iron background, however, anyone who has come from a heavy engineering / heavy manufacturing background would also be well received.

This would be a good opportunity for someone who has experience in the application of quality tools essential to New Production Introduction: DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans and process/quality auditing, as well as being competent with Microsoft Office packages.

Discover a role where quality, continuous improvement, and real customer impact come together. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy turning detail into progress, and want to help shape successful product introductions, this NPI Engineer role is an excellent next step. As an NPI Engineer, you'll support new product introduction through practical quality planning, data-driven improvement, and smooth cross-functional coordination across manufacturing and customer-facing requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
