Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.

At Siemens Healthineers, we create an environment where you can grow, belong, and make a real difference. Our Eynsham site is at the forefront of MRI magnet technology, designing and manufacturing world-class superconducting magnets that power over a third of MRI scanners globally. Here, innovation meets purpose—giving you the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that directly impact patient care worldwide.

We are proud of our engineering heritage, award-winning manufacturing excellence, and collaborative culture that empowers individuals to bring their ideas to life. If you are motivated by meaningful work and enjoy shaping the future, this is your opportunity to create impact at scale.

About The Role

As an NPI Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading technically complex, high-impact projects from concept through to production. Working within a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with global teams across Germany, China, and the UK to deliver innovative products and technologies.

This is a highly visible role where you will influence strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—while continuously improving how we work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Planning and delivering complex engineering and R&D projects from inception through to successful product launch
  • Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical and project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Acting as a key interface between international teams, integrating requirements across the full product development lifecycle
  • Driving effective stakeholder engagement, confidently communicating with audiences from technical teams through to senior leadership
  • Refining project governance, structures, and processes to improve efficiency and optimise performance
  • Applying and evolving modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid approaches) across all phases of delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
