- You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while working alongside experienced lawyers who are genuinely invested in helping you progress.
The firm acts on a broad range of transactions for individuals, investors, and high-net-worth clients, giving you exposure to quality work from day one.
As your confidence and experience grow, so will your responsibility, with a clear pathway for long-term progression within the department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your own residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex residential property matters
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout every transaction
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department
What They're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Cilex, or Licensed Conveyancer between NQ and 3 years' PQE
- Experience in Residential Property gained during a training seat or post-qualification
- Confident managing files or ready to take on greater responsibility
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to build a long-term career
