Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? I am working with a highly regarded UK Top 100 law firm that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to join its thriving Bristol office.
This opportunity is open to solicitors from newly qualified level through to 3 years' PQE, although the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's post-qualification experience in employment law. Any candidates at the NQ level with exceptional employment law experience may also be considered. Whether you're qualifying into employment or have already built a solid foundation in the area, you'll be joining a supportive team with an excellent reputation and a strong pipeline of high-quality work.
The Role
You'll advise a broad client base on a wide range of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. The team acts for employers across a variety of sectors, providing pragmatic, commercial advice on issues such as:

- Day-to-day HR and employment law queries
- Employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Disciplinary, grievance and capability matters
- Redundancy and restructuring projects

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, benefiting from excellent supervision, mentoring and genuine opportunities to develop your expertise.
About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who are:
- NQ to 3 years' PQE solicitor with employment law experience gained during training or post-qualification (the ideal candidate will be a minimum of 1PQE but any candidates at the NQ level with exceptional employment law experience may be considered).
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage a varied caseload while delivering outstanding client service.
- Keen to develop their career within a collaborative, high-performing team.
