Our client is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established Commercial Property team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, or someone with post qualification experience, to develop their career while working on a varied caseload alongside experienced legal professionals.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with the sale and purchase of commercial property and land
- Advising on commercial leases, lease renewals and assignments
- Supporting clients with property refinancing and corporate property transactions
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers

The successful candidate will have:
- A law degree together with the PGDL or LPC, and be Newly Qualified or above
- Experience gained within commercial property during training or post qualification
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial property
