NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Our clients, a long established, multi office Kent firm with roots dating back to the 1800’s are now looking for a NQ Litigation Solicitor to join their team at their East Kent offices.
About the Role
Joining a team of 6 and led by the managing Partner you will be handling a broad range of disputes, acting for both individual and commercial clients. This will cover contractual and commercial claims, property and land disputes, contentious probate and trust disputes, professional negligence, company, shareholder, and partnership disputes, debt recovery and enforcement.
Candidate Requirements
You will need to demonstrate strong technical ability, sound judgement, and confident case management skills, while communicating clearly with clients and other professionals. You should be comfortable in managing your own caseload (under supervision), bringing a commercially aware and proactive approach to client relationship management and business development. The role also requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a busy, supportive team environment.
