EL/PL Defendant Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) | International Law Firm | Birmingham Based – Flexible working on offer

A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified to 2 PQE solicitor to join its highly regarded Defendant Insurance team in Birmingham.

Working as part of an established practice, you will advise insurers, multinational businesses and public sector clients on a varied caseload of employers' liability and public liability claims.

The work spans litigated and pre-litigated matters, with exposure to complex and high-value injury claims, allowing you to develop your technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative team. The successful candidate will have gained defendant personal injury experience during their training contract or since qualification, with experience of EL/PL claims viewed favourably. Candidates with broader defendant insurance litigation experience who are looking to specialise in EL/PL are also encouraged to apply.
