NQ EL / PL Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor
EL/PL Defendant Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) | International Law Firm | Birmingham-Based
A leading international law firm is recruiting for a newly qualified to 2 PQE solicitor to join its distinguished Defendant Insurance team based in Birmingham, offering flexible working options.
About the Role
As part of a respected and growing practice, you will partner with insurers, multinational corporations, and public sector clients to advise on a dynamic portfolio of employers' liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims. Vital responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance on litigated and pre-litigated matters
- Managing exposure to complex, high-value injury claims, honing your technical and ethical decision-making skills
- Contributing within a welcoming, collaborative team where intellectual growth is prioritised

Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience gained either:
- During their training contract, or
- Since qualification, in defendant personal injury matters, particularly EL/PL losses.
Broad defendant insurance litigation specialists seeking to refine their focus on EL/PL are also actively encouraged to apply.
