An opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded Employment team in Luton, Bedfordshire.

This is an excellent role for a junior solicitor looking to build a strong foundation in both contentious and non-contentious employment law within a supportive and commercially focused environment.
The Role
You will work closely with senior fee earners and partners on a varied caseload, including:
- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation support
- Drafting ET1s, ET3s, witness statements and other tribunal documentation
- Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law queries for employer clients
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE matters where required
- Assisting with post-termination restrictions and advisory work
- Attending client meetings, both in person and remotely
- Conducting legal research and preparing clear, practical advice notes

Requirements
- Recently qualified Solicitor (NQ) with experience or training seat in Employment Law
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgement
- A commercial, client-focused approach
