About the Role
NQ (Newly Qualified) to 2 PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) and seeking your next career leap? Our Employment Rights team based in Manchester is seeking Assistant Lawyers to join their esteemed group.
Responsibilities
- _case management: Responsible for handling your own caseload and assisting with complex employment rights cases under appropriate supervision.
- expert development: Gain practical experience in the entire spectrum of case management—from case inception through to resolution.
- client advocacy: Support clients with sound judgement, empathy, and strong legal reasoning.
- team collaboration: Work closely with experienced professionals to progress cases, meet goals, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Requirements
We are looking for qualified lawyers (ideally 0–2 years PQE) with the following qualities:
- Employment law experience: Successful handling of employment rights claims required.
- Meeting deadlines: Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on timeframes.
- Client care: Demonstrated passion for client empathy, acute understanding of their needs, and commitment to ethical, compassionate representation.
- Career commitment: Ideal candidates are eager to grow their expertise in employment law, benefiting from mentorship and opportunities to thrive.
