NQ Lawyer - Employment Rights

Assistant Lawyer in Employment Rights – Application Deadline: 16 July 2026

Department: Employment Rights Location: Manchester (office-based in Bristol) Compensation: £35,042 per year

The Role

The Employment Rights team, based in Manchester, are seeking Assistant Lawyers (NQ - 2 years PQE) to join their respected team and take the next step in their legal career.

This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to:

  • Manage and progress your own caseload
  • Assist in handling complex employment rights cases, supported by experienced supervisions
  • Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of case management from inception to resolution

Who We Are Seeking

Ideal candidates are qualified lawyers with experience tuning and handling employment rights claims (preferably 0-2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)).
