Excellent Opportunity: NQ Planning Solicitor – Bristol

An exciting role has opened up for a Newly Qualified (NQ) Planning Solicitor to join a growing team in Bristol.

This position offers the chance to work on a diverse range of planning matters while developing your skills alongside experienced specialists in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

  • Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 agreements and other statutory obligations
  • Providing legal advice on planning and environmental law for clients
  • Conducting due diligence for property transactions and corporate developments
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
  • Representing clients in contentious planning matters, including hearings and Judicial Reviews
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal support
  • Staying updated on planning legislation and case law to ensure clients receive informed guidance
