Private Client Associate
Location: South West London (Hybrid Working)
Firm: Growing high street firm.
Salary: up to £40,000
Benefits:

About the opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing High Street law firm who are seeking a Trainee Solicitor or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive firm that is investing in the growth of its Private Client department. You'll work closely with an experienced Partner who will provide ongoing mentoring and support, with genuine opportunities for progression as the department expands.

About the role:
You will assist with and gradually manage your own caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Assisting with the administration of estates and probate matters.
- Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance matters.
- Supporting clients with Court of Protection matters where required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering a compassionate and professional service.
- Preparing legal documentation, correspondence, and file notes.
- Managing files from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision.
- Working closely with senior colleagues to develop your technical knowledge and progress towards greater responsibility.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Private Client department.
