Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Location: Worcester
Experience: NQ+
Salary: DOE

An exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Property Litigation team within a leading regional law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for commercial and private clients across a variety of sectors.

Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while contributing to complex and high-value disputes. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional development, client contact, and business development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of property litigation matters
  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidations, and breaches of covenant
  • Handling boundary, easement, restrictive covenant, trespass, and nuisance disputes
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
  • Assisting with court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking activities

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) at NQ level or above
  • Experience in property litigation, dispute resolution, or civil litigation gained during training
  • Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
