Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Worcester
Experience: NQ+
Salary: DOE
An exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Property Litigation team within a leading regional law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for commercial and private clients across a variety of sectors.
Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while contributing to complex and high-value disputes. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional development, client contact, and business development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters
- Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidations, and breaches of covenant
- Handling boundary, easement, restrictive covenant, trespass, and nuisance disputes
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
- Assisting with court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) at NQ level or above
- Experience in property litigation, dispute resolution, or civil litigation gained during training
- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team
