Newly Qualified Solicitor - Property Litigation
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor, or someone with up to 4 years' PQE, to join the Property Litigation team of a well-established and highly regarded law firm. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative team, working on a varied caseload of high-quality property disputes while developing their technical expertise.
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases
- Gain exposure to a broad range of residential and mixed-use property litigation
The firm is looking for an ambitious individual who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent client service, and developing a long-term career in property litigation.

Typical Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and mixed-use property disputes.
- Advising clients on housing management matters, landlord and tenant disputes, and property litigation issues.
- Handling matters including adverse possession claims, restrictive covenants, nuisance, trespass, and dilapidations.
- Supporting colleagues on complex property matters and advising on litigation issues arising from property transactions.
- Building strong client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE.
- Experience of housing management, residential landlord and tenant matters, or general property litigation.
- Excellent communication, client care, and organizational skills.
- The ability to use sound judgment while managing matters independently, with support where appropriate.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop within a collaborative and growing team.
