About the Role
We are working with a well-established law firm seeking an NQ to 3 Years PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career across a broad range of property disputes while working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive environment.
Typical Duties
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes and rights of way.
- Assisting with possession proceedings, lease disputes and other contentious property matters.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications.
- Building strong relationships with clients while providing clear and practical legal advice.

Successful Candidates
- Qualified Solicitor with between NQ and 3 Years PQE.
- Experience of property litigation gained during training or post qualification.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing within property litigation.
