NQ Residential Property Solicitor - This well-established, multi-office law firm, with offices across London and the Southeast, is looking to recruit an additional Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team.
About the Role
Based at the firm's central London office, you will join a busy and highly regarded residential property department, handling a varied caseload of high-quality conveyancing matters. This opportunity is ideally suited to a Solicitor with between NQ and 4 years' PQE who possesses strong technical ability and is confident managing a demanding workload.

Candidate Requirements
You will have experience assisting with, or managing, all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Previous new build experience is a key requirement. You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business for the department.
