Employment Solicitor – Cardiff

NQ to Senior Associate+ | Legal 500 Ranked Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm in Cardiff as part of its growing Employment team.

I am keen to hear from Employment Solicitors at all levels, from Newly Qualified (NQ) through to experienced Senior Associates and beyond. Whether you're looking to take the next step in your career or join a collaborative and ambitious team, I'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll advise a broad range of employer and employee clients across all aspects of employment law, including:

  • Day-to-day HR and employment advisory work
  • Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE matters
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment law advice

About You

Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors who:

  • Are Newly Qualified or have post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy building client relationships and delivering practical legal advice

Hybrid Working

The firm operates a flexible hybrid working policy. Solicitors below Associate level will be required to work from the Cardiff office on a full-time basis during their probationary period. Following successful completion of probation, hybrid working will be available, with the option to work from home one day per week. More senior candidates can, subject to experience, expect a greater level of flexibility on hybrid working.
