Location: Essex (Multiple Offices)

About the Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit Newly Qualified Solicitors across a range of practice areas within its growing Essex offices. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious NQ Solicitors to join a collaborative and supportive firm that offers high-quality work, genuine career progression, and an outstanding platform to develop your career.

The Role
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Assist senior lawyers on more complex and high-value matters.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers.
- Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice with exceptional client care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or be due to qualify within the coming months.
- Completed a Training Contract or equivalent Qualifying Work Experience.
- Strong technical ability within your chosen area of law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised and client-focused approach.
- A genuine desire to develop your career within a progressive regional law firm.
