Grow here. “Are you ready to join a team of talented engineers and shape the future of the Nuclear Industry?” Due to our exciting pipeline of work, we are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Framework Manager to shape our work winning approach to a framework delivery. You will have the vision and passion we need to strengthen our offering, undertaking a framework lead and governance role for a seamless, co-ordinated tender approach for our clients. You will lead the development of a strong, collaborative and agile team with our supply chain partners to position the best athletes to win work. In your role, you will be the first point of contact with clients and partners for the framework and will build a forward programme of work. You will also work closely with our CAM (Client Account Managers) to build a strong pipeline and strengthen our client relationships. The framework manager will own the delivery of successful proposals across a range of clients and projects and act as the link between technical delivery and our existing work winning process. Key Accountabilities Drives growth through the ability to position for and capture key opportunities including both new business opportunities and the renewal / extension of existing opportunities. Lead a holistic approach to capture strategy development, win strategy creation, solution development, answer planning, review through to debrief and lessons learnt. Form collaborative teams with our supply chain partners to position for opportunities. Build and maintain a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities. Use data-led client, pipeline and performance intelligence to focus on pipeline which adds the most value and return on investment. Lead a supply chain forum to share the pipeline of opportunities and build collaboration. Shape opportunities early by influencing scope, delivery models, and commercial structures through proactive market engagement and client positioning. Analyse competitive landscapes, leveraging insights from recent wins and losses to refine strategies. Partnering Leadership Identify, select, and lead strategic partnerships to strengthen competitive position. Build trusted relationships with supply delivery partners. Define supply chain partner roles, responsibilities, and value contribution to create integrated, compelling solutions. Client Engagement & Positioning Lead on-bid client engagement e.g. approve clarification questions/responses Attend client briefings/ site visits as required Own the client narrative: why us, why this team, and why this approach. Commercial & Strategic Oversight Set the strategic commercial direction for pricing and value proposition. Provide senior challenge and assurance that proposed solutions are deliverable, differentiated, and commercially sound. Retain accountability for overall commercial outcomes and long-term value. Leadership & Influence Influence senior internal stakeholders to align resources and supply chain partners. Act as a visible leader for growth, collaboration, and external engagement within the Nuclear business. Ability to communicate priorities clearly across market sectors to executive, regional and business line leadership, to ensure resources are made available and win strategies are supported including evaluation and selection of strategic teaming partners. Here’s what we’re looking for: Strong technical and delivery experience, able to understand client technical drivers and requirements and translate these into compelling bids that meet client needs. An excellent communicator. Strong understanding of and demonstrated experience of leadership throughout the bid/sales process at all stages, including facilitating workshops with diverse teams. Credibility to operate at senior level with clients, partners, and internal leadership teams. Deep commercial judgement and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance risk, value, and long-term positioning. Strong understanding of the UK nuclear market and major stakeholders within the industry. Travel to other UK company sites and some international travel may be necessary as part of the role.
