**Nurse – Critical Role
About the Role
It’s more than a possibility Hours: 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks) Location: Newstone House, Sturminster Newton, Dorset Pay: From £21.83 per hour to £24.63 per hour (including enhancements)

We are seeking a nurse to join our dedicated clinical team and become part of the clinical decision-making process in our care homes.

You’ll work alongside other nurses and senior care leads. Our Clinical and Quality team provides regular guidance, and 24/7 on-call support is available. Our homes foster lasting relationships between nurses and residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing through our "All About Me" care philosophy.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgement
- Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to function as a team player with attention to detail
- A sense of fun and passion for elderly care
Experience promoting best practices in:
- Wound management
- Nutrition
- Tissue viability
- End-of-life care
- Other clinical interventions
