Nurse
RMN or RNLD Nurse – Low Secure Hospital Role (Ayr, Scotland)
An exceptional job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in a low secure hospital based in the Ayr, Scotland area.
You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers at a special mental health service, a low secure hospital for males and females with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high standard of care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
- Adhering to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, while respecting patient rights and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a personalised plan of care, and monitoring progress
- At a senior level, you will also:
- Lead shifts
- Mentor and support student nurses
- Provide guidance to fellow team members

Requirements
- Must be a qualified RNLD or RMN Nurse with an active NMC Pin
Salary & Benefit Package
- Excellent salary: £36,176 – £41,953 per annum (DOE)
- Permanent vacancies available for both day and night shifts
